A 3D printed TVC Gimbal that I plan on scaling up later. This TVC Gimbal prototype uses small Arduino Servo Motors, along with other Arduino electronics due to their low cost and ease of programming. I plan on completing the prototype by the end of July, 2024. After fully understanding the programming behind this prototype, I plan on scaling it up to a fully machined version with the ability to hold an actual liquid engine. I will design it to use Linear Actuators and be able to hold a ~25-50lb thrust force liquid rocket engine. It will be fully machined (manually) with Aluminum, Brass, and Copper as material choices.
