Spike is an Aerospike Liquid Bipropellant Rocket Engine able to produce 15lbs of thrust force. It uses a mixture of IPA and GOX, as well as aluminum and copper. Spike was manually machined, with the exception of two clamping plates, which were cut using a waterjet. Used SolidWorks, Rocket Propulsion Analysis (RPA), and hand calculations to determine the dimensions and manufacturability throughout the entire process.
